If we discover such an infringement , you will be fined based on the Lao copyright law. We currently provide the PDF format in two ways. 1) You can download it directly from our website and if you want to read it on your mobile phone using the Android platform please download IDM Internet Download Magic at the Google Play store. 2) Or we can send it you by email. We regret that from September 19 onwards only the 6 most recent issues in PDF format will be available on the website. If you would like to have earlier issues, it will be necessary to call Vientiane Times and arrange to pay for these issues.
