Chinese, Lao vocational colleges deepen International cooperation

China’s Luzhou Vocational and  Technical College and Laos’s vocational colleges strengthen vocational education.
Another collaboration includes cooperation in professional construction, teacher training, vocational skills training, production and education integration, mutual visits between teachers and students, scientific research, and social services.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Luzhou Vocational and Technical College, Xie Hongquan, led a delegation to Laos from July 3 to 6, and the delegation engaged in extensive international exchanges and cooperation with Champassak Technical Vocational College, Dongkhamxang Teacher Training College.

Deputy General Director of Vocational Education Department of Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos, Saykham Panthavong, Deputy Director of the Teacher Training Department, Souphy Pheddavong, Party Secretary and Director of Champassak Technical Vocational College, Bouakhay Souphaone, Director of Dongkhamxang Teacher Training College, Vila Sengsavang and other leaders participated in the exchange talks.
During the visit, Luzhou Vocational and Technical College held “Training on Improving the Vocational Ability of Lao Vocational Teachers” in Champassak Technical Vocational College and Dongkhamxang Teacher Training College respectively.
The delegation visited Vocational Education Department of Ministry of Education and Sports and Saysettha Economic Development Zone Operation Management Co., Ltd.
Luzhou Vocational and Technical College successfully signed and unveiled the China-Laos Children Education Research Center and 2023 International Forum on Children Education in Dongkhamxang Teacher Training College.
