Haiwan International tops out high-end residential complex in Vientiane
Haiwan Real Estate Co., Ltd. celebrated the topping-out of its primary building structure at the Haiwan International Community project in Vientiane on September 4, marking a major construction milestone for the luxury development.
Topping out is a builders’ rite traditionally held when the last beam or its equivalent is placed at the highest point of a structure during its construction.
The landmark event was attended by Politburo member of the Party Central Committee and President of the Lao Front for National Development, Prof. Dr Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune,other senior government figures, military personnel, municipal officials, and international commercial delegates.
Situated in the heart of Vientiane’s Central Innovation District (CID), adjacent to Crowne Plaza Vientiane, 300 metres from the Mekong River, and only a five-minute drive to Wattay International Airport, the project spans more than 10,320 square metres with a total floor area of 68,607 square metres.

Designed in a distinctive modern Southeast Asian architectural style, the 14-storey landmark stands out prominently in the area.
