As floodwaters recede, recovery efforts commence

(VNS) -- Dong Hoa Ward of Dak Lak Province, with an area of 77.54 square kilometres and a population of about 47,632, is one of the hardest hit localities. Many residential areas were submerged under 2–3 metres of water and completely isolated. As the water began to recede on Sunday, residents immediately started cleaning and repairing their homes to stabilise life as soon as possible.
