PSVG, Thai Zoological Park Organisation to promote zoo tourism in Laos and Thailand

The Phongsavanh Group (PSVG) of Laos has signed an agreement with the Zoological Park Organisation of Thailand to cooperate in services related to zoo tourism in the two countries.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for this cooperation was signed at Thailand’s Khon Kaen Zoo by the Deputy of Phongsavanh Group’s Board of Members, Ms Sengdao Bouphakonekham, and the Director General of the Zoological Park Organisation of Thailand, Mr Attapon Srihayrun.
The signing of the MoU was witnessed by the Deputy Managing Director of Phongsavanh Bank, Ms Daly Pholsena, and the Director of Khonkaen Zoo, Ms Tipawadee Kittikoon.

Ms Sengdao Bouphakonekham presents a gift to Mr Attapon Srihayrun during the ceremony in Thailand.

The MoU was finalised on the basis of a mutual agreement between the two sides to provide mutual support in business, especially in facilitating an increasing number of tourists and visitors travelling between Laos and Thailand, located on the two sides of the Mekong river, Ms Sengdao said.
For zoo tourism, customers can use the Hi App mobile banking application of Phongsavanh Group of Companies at the Khao Khieo Zoo in Chonburi province, Chiang Mai Zoo, Nakhon Ratchasima Zoo, Songkhla Zoo, Ubon Ratchathani Zoo and the Zoological Society of Thailand’s Khon Kaen Zoo in Thailand.
In recent years, Phongsavanh Bank, which is part of the Phongsavanh Group, has been developing and expanding its banking services along with Thai commercial banks such as Bangkok Bank, especially in terms of ATM withdrawals. It has also signed MoUs with hospitals in Udon and Khon Kaen, and has good relations with Khon Kaen University and others, she said.
The signing of the MoU between the Zoological Park Organisation of Thailand and Phongsavanh Group is  a good opportunity for the bank to expand its services and make them more extensive and diverse in terms of products and to forge relationships with more business partners.
Ms Sengdao hoped the MoU will strengthen the good relationship between Phongsavanh Group and the Zoological Park Organisation of Thailand, as well as the two countries.
PSVG is a well-known leading group of companies in Laos with successful pioneering enterprises in banking, insurance, petroleum trade and oil distribution, logistics, construction, bulk supplies, food and beverage, timber and telecommunication supplies.
