A ceremony was held by authorities of Pakkhaem village and representatives of Chanthavong bridge and engineering construction company on Tuesday for handing over of village roads that were recently constructed and repaired. The roads, which are with 5,200 metres long and  five metres wide, were constructed at a cost of 981 million kip with funding by the villagers and the company.
