Appointment of new CEO RHB bank Lao Ltd

BHB Banking Group (“RHB” or “The Group”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Frankie Choong Seang Heng, as Chief Executive Officer of RHB Bank Lao Ltd., effective 1 November 2020.
Frankie has more than 30 years’ experience in branch management and operations. Prior to this appointment, he has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of RHB Bank Lao Ltd, since 1 February 2020. Prior to that, Frankie was a Branch Manager within the Northern Region of Malaysia from 1

Frankie replaces Danny Ling Chii Hian who will be taking up a new role within Group Retail Banking in Malaysia.
Frankie holds a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Bachelor of Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is a Certified Financial Planner under the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and Certified Credit Executive under the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.
