Mr Peravej Na Ranong, highlighted the chain’s dedication to quality. He stated that all baristas employed by Café Amazon undergo rigorous training to ensure they meet the same high standards as their counterparts in Thailand.
This commitment ensures consistent product excellence and high-quality service, providing customers with an exceptional experience on every visit.
Café Amazon is also dedicated to innovation, tailoring its offerings to suit the tastes of Lao consumers.
“We recently teamed up with the Lao Brewery Company to introduce new beverages made with local ingredients,” Mr Peravej said. “We also plan to use fruit juices sourced from Lao farmers, such as oranges from Vangvieng and pineapples from northern Laos, to create unique beverages that blend the flavours of Laos with international standards.”
Café Amazon also supports local businesses by selling cakes and pastries produced by bakeries that meet the café’s stringent quality standards. This initiative demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and fostering community development.
Deputy Managing Director for Non-Oil Business (PTT Lao Co., Ltd.), Mr Chansavang Sikhampheng, expressed pride in Café Amazon’s achievement of reaching 100 stores in Laos.

“This milestone has always been part of the plan from the very beginning,” he said. “We have worked tirelessly to reach this point, but it would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our customers. The people of Laos have warmly embraced the brand, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all our customers for their continued support of Café Amazon. Without our customers and partners, this achievement would not have been possible.”

Looking ahead to 2025, Mr Chansavang stated that the company aims to give back to its supporters. Café Amazon is preparing to step into the digital age by introducing a loyalty application for its customers in Laos. This app will enable patrons to collect points, gain rewards, and enjoy exclusive benefits as loyal customers.
“I want to say how proud and grateful I am for our teams, managers, partners, and customers, who have helped make Café Amazon Laos the number one coffee franchise in their hearts. I promise to continue improving and making it better and better,” he added.
The owner of Café Amazon’s 100th branch in Laos, Ms Oumaphone Xayasone, shared her excitement at achieving this milestone.

“It is an honour to reach this achievement after working hard to meet Café Amazon’s qualifications,” she said. “I love doing business, and I see great potential for growth in the café market in Laos. I chose Café Amazon because I am a fan of the brand myself. It is already well-known in both Laos and Thailand, so it requires less effort in marketing.”
