Lao Brewery Company’s Vientiane Countdown 2026 draws over 100,000 revellers at Patuxay Park

The Vientiane Countdown 2026 celebration, organised by Lao Brewery Company (LBC), the producer of Beerlao and other soft drinks, created a vibrant and joyful atmosphere, drawing more than 100,000 people to Patuxay Park, one of the capital’s most iconic landmarks.
Set against the national monument, the event created a spectacular year-end experience that brought people together to share unforgettable memories — year after year.
The celebration featured a high-energy concert stage with performances by some of the most popular Lao musicians, including Jojo Miracle, Cells, Taiy Akard, Barbie, Trio and Chill Band, who delivered hours of nonstop entertainment and crowd-pleasing hits.
Beyond live music, the experience was elevated by a state-of-the-art light and sound production, a dazzling fireworks display, and a breathtaking Patuxay VDO mapping show. 
The visual performances paid tribute to the national monument, symbolising the strength, unity and pride of the Lao nation.
With its mix of music, technology and cultural symbolism, the company’s Vientiane Countdown 2026 once again created unforgettable memories and strengthened its position as a must-attend event on the capital’s social calendar.
