HML Machinery opens HITACHI excavators in Laos

HML Machinery Co., Ltd., the first HITACHI dealer and distributor in Laos, has opened for business to supply high-quality products and solutions that contribute to the industry and community.

A grand opening ceremony took place at the company’s premises on the 450 Year Road in Sokyai village, Xaysettha district, attended by representatives of the partnership and private and government sectors.
The company officially opened in December last year and is now ready to supply HITACHI equipment in Laos, especially HITACHI excavators, the globally renowned top leading and brand company in construction machinery, the company’s Marketing Manager Mr Koun Khaosa-ath said at the ceremony.

This brand of machinery incorporates innovation and leading technologies, with equipment ranging in size from one to 800 tonnes that is fuel and efficient and of high quality. The ZAXIS20-7G model in particular is popular worldwide, he added.
Since the company officially opened for business, it has sold nine excavators, of which two are the ZX350 model, Mr Koun said.
The company also provides important after sales service for customers, delivered by engineers with in-depth experience who have received training at the company’s factory in Japan, he added.

Mr Junji Fukagawa, who is in charge of HITACHI Asia sales management, said the new office represents not just growth, but also a shared vision for the future. It stands as a symbol of progress, trust, and the strong collaboration between HITACHI and HML.
With this expansion, he is confident that HML will be able to serve customers more efficiently and provide even better solutions to meet their needs.
