PSVG, Rajah & Tann (Laos) partner in legal consulting service
The Phongsavanh Group (PSVG) and Rajah & Tann (Laos) Co., Ltd. have agreed to collaborate to improve the legal and compliance capabilities of Phongsavanh Group Co., Ltd. and its network of companies.
The retainer agreement was signed in Vientiane on Tuesday by the Vice Chairperson and CEO of PSVG, Ms Sengdao Bouphakonekham, and Rajah & Tann Laos Managing Partner, Mr Lee Hock Chye, in the presence of representatives of the two companies and their company networks.

The collaboration is an important milestone in enhancing the efficiency of the legal work of the Phongsavanh Group and its affiliated companies, making it more systematic and accurate and in compliance with Lao and international laws and practices.
The retrainer agreement allows Rajah & Tann Laos to provide legal assistance and advice on business investment, and to act as the law firm representing PSVG.
