Good neighbors Laos support school playground construction project

Good Neighbors Laos held a ceremony for its playground on November 25 in Meun district, Vientiane province. The playground was built at Namhorn primary school in Meun district, with the support of Rotary 3630 District 1 through GN Laos and Meun district government cooperation.
Hong Seok-jun, the country director of Good Neighbors Laos, said “We thank Rotary 3630 District 1 sponsors and local governments and schools, and we hope that the playground will be a safe, enjoyable space and help motivate students to come to school.”
Apart from the playground, Rotary also planted 40 mango trees around the school with the expectation that the fruit will be available for pupils in the near future.
Rotary 3630 District worked with Good Neighbors Laos on various other projects, including school support, toilet construction, and water system improvement.
