Ford Territory caravan travels to make merit at Thaxang temple

Lao Ford City organised a Ford Territory rally to make merit and donate materials for the construction and repair of Thaxang temple in Pakngum district, Vientiane.
On May 11, a Lao Ford City team and customers travelled to Thaxang temple by Ford Territory vehicles.

They donated construction materials of cement, rocks and sand for the rebuilding of an entrance road to the temple.
Thaxang temple is home to the largest Buddha image in Laos and is famous for its flowering talipot (ton lan) palms, which have been there for about 50-100 years.
After leaving the temple, the Lao Ford City team organised various activities at the Nampien Yorlapa resort and handed out prizes to participants. As well as being a lot of fun and earning merit, people won a lot of prizes to take home.
Lao Ford City thanks the 37 Ford Territory fans who made the trip and learnt about the special features of this SUV, which is built to handle long trips with ease.
