Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Xuan Sang (left) on Friday meets with Minister of Public Works and Transport Mr Ngampasong Muongmany in Vientiane to discuss the fulfilment of directives issued by the Lao and Vietnamese Prime Ministers on cooperation in the field of transport. These include the holding of annual bilateral meetings, construction of the Vientiane-Vung Ang railway and Vientiane-Hanoi expressway, and other forms of cooperation between the two ministries.
