Deputy Director of the Lao-Korea Rural Development and Agricultural Technical Service Centre, Mr Bounleua Sihalath (centre), joins representa-tives from the Sonphasak Labour Service Company and a group of aspiring workers on Friday at the close of an agricultural skills course. Held at the centre from February 25-27, the programme was designed to ensure partic-ipants were well prepared before their departure for jobs in the Republic of Korea. The curriculum covered basic modern farming techniques, including crop cultivation, irrigation management, pest control, and livestock handling. Mr Bounleua praised the trainees for their dedication and urged them to ap-ply their new skills to maximise productivity and efficiency during their work on farms in Korea. The trainees were given certificates and collectively pledged to work hard and deliver satisfaction. |
