Mahasok Trading gives heartfelt welcome to Miss Universe 2023

Mahasok Trading, a distributor of the well-known SRICHAND brand of cosmetics and one of the sponsors of the Miss Universe Laos 2024, joined others giving a warm welcome to Miss Universe 2023, Sheynnis Palacios from Nicaragua, during her visit to Laos from April 5-7.

The Deputy Director of Mahasok Trading, Mrs Chandavone Vongxay, was honoured to be invited to attend the Baci ceremony and Lao Silk Fashion Show on April 6, in which Sheynnis also took part.
This was the first official visit by a Miss Universe to Laos and gives new meaning and excitement to the Miss Universe Laos contest.
Sheynnis Palacios, 23, received a heartfelt welcome from local fans and dignitaries during her visit to Laos as part of an Asia tour after her visit to Thailand from April 2-4.
During her stay, she visited several landmarks in Vientiane including Patouxay, Vat Sisaket, Hor Phakeo, the Vientiane Museum of Contemporary Art, and the That Luang stupa, as well as sharing moments with local beauty queens and their respective teams.
Sheynnis also visited the Lao Friends Hospital for Children in Luang Prabang city on Sunday, where she engaged with young patients, spreading joy and hope.
Recognised for her philanthropic spirit, she participated in various activities and distributed gifts, while emphasising the importance of accessible healthcare for all.
