Officials from the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Lao Federation of Trade Unions, Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and winners on Sunday gather in Vientiane following the 4th National Skills Competition held last week under the slogan “Lao skills advance regionally and internationally”. Participants in the contest came from skill development centres and vocational education colleges across the country.
