Recently, the executive team of Hong Kong Fushan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. — a subsidiary of NOVVA GROUP — attended and witnessed the official signing ceremony of the Project Development Agreement (PDA) for a 500MW wind power project in Savannakhet, Laos. The PDA was issued by the Lao Ministry of Planning and Investment to the Wang Group of Laos.
Fushan Energy serves as the Wang Group’s strategic partner for the Savannakhet project in central Laos. The company has established an office in Vientiane and organised leading technical institutions, including PowerChina, to assist the Wang Group in completing the project’s pre-feasibility study.
In accordance with the agreement between the two parties, all preparatory development work is scheduled to be completed within the agreed timeline. |
