The Laos-Australia Sustainable Energy Partnership and Ministry of Industry and Commerce hold a workshop for Lao officials about safeguards in solar photovoltaics Standard Operating Procedures. The workshop is part of Australia’s support for Laos’ sustainable energy expansion. The Standard Operating Procedures, designed specifically for Laos, will help officials assess solar projects for environmental, social safeguards and economic viability.
