Minister of Public Works and Transport Mr Leklay Sivilay (fourth from left) on Saturday leads a group of officials to inspect damage to Road 13 North between Kasy district in Vientiane province and Phoukhoun district in Luang Prabang province, following torrential rain brought by Storm Wipha. He advised local public works and transport officials to keep a close watch on areas prone to landslides and to quickly resolve any issues, to ensure normal traffic flow.
