The President of the Lao Red Cross, Mr Khamlavanh Chanthalavanh, and his staff on Tuesday deliver 100 water filter sets to Huaylamphaen and Huaynokhom villages in Paktha district, Bokeo province, along with five solar energy devices for use by military personnel working in the border area.
