Speaking at the handover ceremony, Dr Younes Hamdaoui Ei Bou said the collaboration between the International Holding Hamdaoui Capital Trading Group SA & the Pan-Asia International and Forest Metropolis in Laos signals a joint effort to explore new market opportunities, particularly in real estate, infrastructure, and green energy projects.
This cross-country collaboration will not only facilitate the flow of capital and technology, but also promote innovation and sustainable development, he added.
To ensure the success of this new cooperation, it is recommended that both sides establish clear channels of communication and cooperation mechanisms at the early stages to ensure that the goals and expectations of both parties are aligned.
In addition, regular project progress meetings and performance evaluations can monitor the effectiveness of the cooperation and make timely adjustments to the strategy to ensure the successful realisation of cooperation goals.
This cooperation is not only beneficial to both companies, but also helps to promote economic exchanges and friendly relations between China, Laos and Spain.
In the context of multinational cooperation, it is recommended that the three parties jointly explore the establishment of a multilateral cooperation framework.
Meanwhile, through joint participation in international projects, such as the One Belt, One Road Initiative, they can work together to explore new international markets and arrive at a win-win situation.
