“At the outset, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt congratulations and great appreciation to the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation for their diligent activities and past achievements of the last six years as well as for their relentless efforts and funding dedicated to promoting the development of baseball in Laos through the training of Lao players with the requisite techniques and skills on a regular basis, as well as the building of facilities needed to host national and sub-regional competitions.”

“In this regard, I am glad to share with you the good news about the remarkable achievements of the Lao baseball team during their participation in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.”
“Their accomplishments not only brought fame and honour to the nation, but also raised the profile of the Lao baseball team to a new dimension never known before at the regional and international level.”
“Taking this auspicious opportunity, I would like to commend the Lao National Baseball Federation, the Embassy of the ROK to Laos and all stakeholders, both Lao and Korean, for your continued support and assistance to the Lao baseball team as well as for organising the 2nd Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Lao PDR Baseball Cup League.”
“This is considered to be an important milestone that will greatly contribute to promoting the development of baseball in Laos and further strengthening the friendly ties and good cooperation between Laos and the Republic of Korea to new heights.”
“In addition, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ambassador Jung Yung Soo for his support and sponsorship of the league, and look forward to his continued support in the future.”
Mr Jung Yung Soo said “I am very happy to have contributed to this competition. The success of Lao baseball is considered to be the result of cooperation between Laos and Korea, which makes me, as the Ambassador of Korea, feel very happy and proud.”
“I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to all the baseball players and coaches who have achieved excellent results in the international arena in the past.”
“I know that all of the players, as representatives of Laos, have demonstrated skills and prowess that reflected the hours of sweat and time dedicated to training for this competition,” the Ambassador said.
