The Ministry of Planning and Investment on Tuesday announced the appointment of Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Mrs Phonevanh Outhavong as President of the ministry’s Party Inspection Committee and the appointment of Mrs Thamma Phetvixay, who is Director General of the ministry’s Personnel and Organisation Department, to a new post at the Lao Women’s Union. The announcement was witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning and Investment Dr Sonexay Siphandone (centre).

Planning and investment officials in Xayphouthong district, Savannakhet province, on Tuesday gather with residents of Muangkhay village to lay concrete on a section of road 327 metres long and 4.5 metres wide. The Ministry of Public Works and Transport announces the appointment of Mr Ngampasong Meuangmani as Deputy Minister, witnessed by the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Mr Viengsavath Siphandone (centre). The appointment was authorised under a Prime Ministerial Decree issued by Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh.
