Luang Prabang plans new tourist attractions

- Laos, Vietnam sign eight cooperation agreements in Hanoi
The government of Laos and Vietnam signed eight cooperation documents in the fields of security, border control, economics, banking, education, healthcare and electricity during a meeting in Hanoi on Saturday.

Health ministry targets 87.25 percent Covid immunisation by year’s end
Health officials are speeding up the Covid vaccination programme, aiming to vaccinate 87.25 percent of the population by the end of this year. Vaccination is seen as essential in light of the rejuvenation of tourism and the urgent need to rebuild the economy.
